The engineer performed well, though one radiator couldn't be repaired due to needing a new part, which would entail draining the entire system. I chose not to pursue that for now. However, I was dissatisfied with the long wait for an appointment (a month), especially since some of my radiators were completely cold, it was December, and I am 78 years old.

The installation team was very accommodating, courteous, and highly professional. The installation of our new boiler and replacement radiators was completed swiftly, without any problems. They left the house clean and tidy. A job well executed! Grateful to the team for their assistance.
