I will never use this sneaky awful scam of a service provider ever again. I booked a hotel through my work backed discount partner plum benefits. The hotel I booked is doing business as Best western when I booked a four points. They are the most unhelpful company I have ever worked with. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO SMALL CAIMS COURT AND FILING A BBB COMPLIANT!!!!!!!!!
