I bought a pass to Maddam Tussaud’s Wax Museum for Monday Night with a timed entry for 6:30. The website upsold me another attraction called Sea Life for an additional charge.I went to the attraction of Maddam Tussaud’s at 6:30. Got done at 7:30. Was told Sea Life closed at 5 pm with no option to come back.I spoke to 4 different customer service agents the next day including 2 supervisors with no resolution except to tell me my full refund was denied. Each time explaining that I wanted a refund to the exhibit that was clearly closed! Filed a corporate complaint with no resolution/response.
