The boiler failed on New Year's Day. I contacted the service, and they promptly scheduled an engineer for later that day. The technician quickly identified the issue as a faulty pump. Since it was late, he arranged to obtain the pump and returned early Saturday morning to install it. An outstanding engineer and excellent service overall. I highly recommend them.
