Bought a new property and the boiler didn't last long, called these guys.
Brad came over, found the problem pretty sharpish, ordered the parts, came back and repaired it easy, he also made sure all of the radiators were working. Had a good laugh too. Top bloke.

Problem resolved in no time, technician waited and tested several times. All was well again.
Problem resurfaced a few days later, however i was able to resolve myself as i had been explained the process.
The booking was easy, the engineer was very fast in arriving and he went above and beyond to find a gas leak and repair it to get my 86 year old mum back in a warm and cosy house. Zafran Ali was so polite and professional and went the extra mile to fix the gas supply. Would highly recommend. 110% from me.
Spoke to Ellie at Plumbing Force who talked me through the process of getting an engineer out. Explained that they needed to be lead pipe trained but this wasn't a problem. Long story short, plumbing fixed within two hours of calling. Amazing service all round!!
Great work by Ivan Jones from Plumbing Force who installed 2 taps for us in the kitchen and bathroom. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Would recommend! I gave 4 stars not 5 as I was contacted several times by Plumbing Force asking if we could change our time slot - we could not and had taken time off work to be home. However saying that I would recommend Plumbing Force.
£350 to install a cooker and to plumb into the mains gas.i am 65 years old and have just recently come out of hospital after a stroke and this price nearly caused another one.i paid the biĺl but i am far from happy extortionate prices will never recommend this company and never use again

It was reported that i had tried to do gas install on my own which was false as i would not have a clue how to do it and it was reported that i was shown how the gas cooker was working which was also false and i also asked roughly how much cost would be but got no answer until i receive bill.
To me this is a take money and run.

I had an extremely poor experience with Plumbing Force and would not recommend them.
I paid £144 for a plumber to investigate a leak from my bathroom into the flat below. The engineer arrived late, with no tools, and had to borrow household items (kitchen knives and a hammer) to access panels and caused unnecessary damage to my bathroom walls. He had no proper equipment, and no usable sealant to repair the damage he caused. He then recommended removing the toilet as the next step which would have caused more damage.
A local, independent plumber later identified the issue within 10 minutes: a simple sealant failure around the bath — with no need to remove the toilet.
The worst part, however, was dealing with customer service. All communication was handled by a single person, with no option to escalate or speak to anyone else. His responses were patronising, accusatory, and repeatedly misrepresented events.
No refund was offered. No responsibility was taken for the damage. No apology for the poor service. £144 for an inexperienced plumber, property damage, and dismissive customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
The plumber arrived and spent over an hour and a half only to inform me that they couldn’t resolve the leak. During this time, they drained the upstairs tank and mentioned the possibility of an airlock. They suggested that to repair the leak and access the tank, the bath would need to be removed due to the inability to release the tap. I quickly called another local plumbing service, which successfully replaced the taps, fixed the leak, and replaced pipes without needing to remove the bath. This second plumber also pointed out that draining the upstairs tank caused an airlock, which should have been avoided or managed with proper tools. They highlighted that this was a significant issue that the initial plumber failed to explain. Could you clarify why the tank was drained without necessary precautions and without a clear explanation of the potential consequences? It seems the first plumber lacked the tools to complete the job, as the next plumber managed to fix everything without removing the bath. Essentially, I paid for 1.5 hours of service at £180 plus VAT only to be told that no help could be provided. While I understand a call-out charge is standard, I suggest that plumbers should come equipped with the appropriate tools or assess the situation more accurately if they anticipate being unable to resolve the issue in the future. Clearly, I won’t be using this service again.
I had an outstanding experience with this service. The engineer was courteous, timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His friendly and helpful demeanor made the entire process stress-free. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure the task was completed flawlessly. The phone staff were equally impressive, polite, efficient, and quick to respond, which made scheduling and communication very straightforward. The boiler failed on New Year's Day. I contacted the service, and they promptly scheduled an engineer for later that day. The technician quickly identified the issue as a faulty pump. Since it was late, he arranged to obtain the pump and returned early Saturday morning to install it. An outstanding engineer and excellent service overall. I highly recommend them.
