I had an extremely poor experience with Plumbing Force and would not recommend them.
I paid £144 for a plumber to investigate a leak from my bathroom into the flat below. The engineer arrived late, with no tools, and had to borrow household items (kitchen knives and a hammer) to access panels and caused unnecessary damage to my bathroom walls. He had no proper equipment, and no usable sealant to repair the damage he caused. He then recommended removing the toilet as the next step which would have caused more damage.
A local, independent plumber later identified the issue within 10 minutes: a simple sealant failure around the bath — with no need to remove the toilet.
The worst part, however, was dealing with customer service. All communication was handled by a single person, with no option to escalate or speak to anyone else. His responses were patronising, accusatory, and repeatedly misrepresented events.
No refund was offered. No responsibility was taken for the damage. No apology for the poor service. £144 for an inexperienced plumber, property damage, and dismissive customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
