The delivery and communication from the company have been reliably good over two orders, which is why I recommend them for that aspect. However, the quality of the products is quite lacking. I purchased a vanity unit, a toilet, and a kitchen tap, and despite not being low-priced, all three items are of poor quality. The toilet is made of plastic and has an odd shape. The vanity unit feels strange due to its resin coating, and the drawers are unusually shallow. The kitchen tap is unbalanced and bends over the sink. After spending over £700 on these items, I am left feeling disappointed.
