We found a bathroom suite set that we wanted for our bathroom refurb, however noticed the toilet included would not fit our existing layout. Customer Services were more than happy to assist in switching out the toilet for another we found on the website that would be suitable. Typically wouldn't happen due to it being a suite set, but they were happy to find a solution that worked for us to get the set we wanted with a suitable toilet swapped in.
Unfortunately when fitting the toilet we discovered that the cistern lid had a big chip on it (probably from delivery/ transport) that couldn't be ignored. Due to ordering prior to our bathroom refurb I knew we had the delivery longer than their advertised t&cs on replacement items for damage so I wasn't sure we would get a replacement.
Delighted when their customer service were still more than happy to help and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, no additional charges, no additional hassle.
Had an awful experience of trying to replace a damaged item on our other bathroom refurb using a supplier "bathroom takeaway", but Plumbworld put them to shame and know how to look after their customers properly - highly recommend!

I have bought from Plumbworld a few times over the past few years and I've always found their products to be of good quality, priced reasonably and found it easy to order and arrange a delivery to suit my needs. They're my first port of call whenever I need anything plumbing related.
Ordered a Ceramica Milan Short Projection Close Coupled Toilet
There are so many issues with this item!
1. Worst issue is that the plastic flush mechanism sit higher than the cistern. This means that the lid presses down on the mechanism resulting in either water continuously filling up or not filling at all.
2. The fixings supplied to connect the cistern to the toilet are total rubbish. The hole in the cistern is larger than the washers which means when you tighten them they pull straight through.
3. The cistern does not sit vertically on the toilet. It leans forward creating a gap between the wall.
4. The seat is of cheap quality and does not match the contour of the toilet. Some random seat supplied.
ps - the toilet was fitted by a professional bathroom fitter.
It appears that someone decided to throw in a flush mechanism without checking its suitability for this particular cistern. Same with the fittings.

The delivery and communication from the company have been reliably good over two orders, which is why I recommend them for that aspect. However, the quality of the products is quite lacking. I purchased a vanity unit, a toilet, and a kitchen tap, and despite not being low-priced, all three items are of poor quality. The toilet is made of plastic and has an odd shape. The vanity unit feels strange due to its resin coating, and the drawers are unusually shallow. The kitchen tap is unbalanced and bends over the sink. After spending over £700 on these items, I am left feeling disappointed.
My order experienced a couple of days delay. However, I received a notification about 12 hours in advance regarding low stock levels and was assured I would be updated once the item was available again. It took about 36 hours, but I was informed as promised. Overall, good customer service!
My order would never have been dispatched if I hadn't reached out to them. The automated assistant was ineffective, failing to address my issue or connect me with a real representative. I was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. For two weeks, my order status kept indicating it would be 'dispatched tomorrow,' when in reality it was on hold on their side, until I finally called and it was dispatched.
