Fantastic company to deal with!
We found a bathroom suite set that we wanted for our bathroom refurb, however noticed the toilet included would not fit our existing layout. Customer Services were more than happy to assist in switching out the toilet for another we found on the website that would be suitable. Typically wouldn't happen due to it being a suite set, but they were happy to find a solution that worked for us to get the set we wanted with a suitable toilet swapped in.
Unfortunately when fitting the toilet we discovered that the cistern lid had a big chip on it (probably from delivery/ transport) that couldn't be ignored. Due to ordering prior to our bathroom refurb I knew we had the delivery longer than their advertised t&cs on replacement items for damage so I wasn't sure we would get a replacement.
Delighted when their customer service were still more than happy to help and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, no additional charges, no additional hassle.
Had an awful experience of trying to replace a damaged item on our other bathroom refurb using a supplier "bathroom takeaway", but Plumbworld put them to shame and know how to look after their customers properly - highly recommend!
