High cost for poor service and dirty property

My family and I spent Christmas in a property that was quite expensive. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and the support team has been unresponsive about the numerous issues we faced. Problems included a leaking ceiling during rain, a broken front door lock, malfunctioning showers, dirty upholstery and carpets, and various broken elements around the house. Maintenance had to visit four times since our check-in due to these issues. Despite providing photographic evidence of the apartment's condition, the company has not responded to my inquiries regarding their claims of quality assurance. I would caution anyone against using this service.
