We had a wonderful stay at this charming flat. It was a beautifully renovated space just steps from the Parliament, located in a very safe neighborhood. The flat was spacious for our group of five, and the upstairs loft featured a skylight for stargazing and a separate entrance for privacy. The bathrooms were nicely renovated, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The location was excellent, with a lovely wine bar across the street, local restaurants nearby, and the best sangria just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hidden gem. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond, especially when our flight was delayed, and they arrived on time to greet us.
Upon arrival for our booking in Paris, we found the apartment to be filthy and in a disgusting state. There was hair everywhere, in the sheets, bathroom, and kitchen, and it had clearly not been cleaned. Dirty slippers were scattered around, and filth was prevalent. We expect a certain standard when booking, and this was completely unacceptable for the price paid. Additionally, there was a loud construction site in the building that was not mentioned. We have yet to hear back from the support team, and the secondary host is refusing to allow cancellation for an uninhabitable apartment. We also received suspicious emails from the secondary host during the booking process. I would not recommend staying here.
The house and all rooms were even more impressive than the photos suggested. Everything was perfectly arranged for us to simply unpack and enjoy our Christmas, complete with a beautifully decorated tree. The table was set for 16 people and looked amazing. Both kitchens were well-equipped and ready for our extensive cooking needs.
My family and I spent Christmas in a property that was quite expensive. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and the support team has been unresponsive about the numerous issues we faced. Problems included a leaking ceiling during rain, a broken front door lock, malfunctioning showers, dirty upholstery and carpets, and various broken elements around the house. Maintenance had to visit four times since our check-in due to these issues. Despite providing photographic evidence of the apartment's condition, the company has not responded to my inquiries regarding their claims of quality assurance. I would caution anyone against using this service.
The apartment was large, bright, and in a wonderful location. It featured two bedrooms with ensuites and an additional separate toilet. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with crockery and cutlery, which I appreciated. Access and departure were both smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay there again!
