I really admire the style of the company's clothing, whether it's their own label or the curated selections. The philosophy behind the brand is commendable, and the quality is generally quite good. However, it frustrates me how much they mark up their curated collections: a quick search online shows that the same items can often be found for significantly less—sometimes even £100 cheaper for certain shoes and clothing. They also sell clothing sourced from other regions at a high markup, while similar items can be purchased for a fraction of the price elsewhere. They are quick to dispatch items, but their refund process is quite slow and often needs a reminder.
