The philosophy behind the brand is appealing, and the quality is generally quite good. However, I'm frustrated by the significant markup on their curated collections: a simple online search reveals that the same items can often be found for much less—up to £100 cheaper for certain shoes and clothing. Additionally, they offer clothing sourced from other regions at inflated prices, with similar items available for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. While they are prompt in dispatching orders, their refund process is slow and often requires follow-up.
