Subscription Cancellation Nightmare

I can't cancel an annual subscription we no longer need, leading to a payment of over £1000 for something that won't be used. Support is rigid about their 30-day cancellation policy but never sent an email reminder. This has been a terrible experience, leaving us with a significant financial loss. In our own services, we would always refund in such a scenario to avoid the hassle and distress it causes both sides.
