I was a recurring customer but this will be my last year. I reached out for Black Friday sale prior to my renewal date and support misled me. Not only was I charged a day prior to my renewal date because I guess it was a Saturday but they stopped responding to any of my emails. I cancelled but now stuck with paying for the year. I disputed it with Citi and they didn't side with me because they didn't see any mischarge.
In my view, this is one of the most misleading platforms I’ve ever come across. Their so-called “trial” is merely a bait-and-switch tactic aimed at charging your credit card as soon as you provide your information. From my experience, their methods seem deliberately deceptive, predatory, and thoroughly unethical. I strongly advise anyone considering this: do NOT sign up, do NOT believe their claims, and certainly do NOT share your payment details. Safeguard your finances and steer clear of this operation. They do not deserve your business, trust, or any of your time.
I can't cancel an annual subscription we no longer need, leading to a payment of over £1000 for something that won't be used. Support is rigid about their 30-day cancellation policy but never sent an email reminder. This has been a terrible experience, leaving us with a significant financial loss. In our own services, we would always refund in such a scenario to avoid the hassle and distress it causes both sides.

Customer service has completely ignored me for three days. This is the worst experience; I feel robbed. They claimed I don’t have an account, even though I submitted a ticket with proof. It’s strange that I received their email response at 3:30 in the morning. Thank you for the unhelpful response.
