I was once a member of a learning platform that was excellent when I joined—very useful and user-friendly. After being acquired, it has turned into a nightmare. Courses that were once part of my membership are now inaccessible, and navigating the new platform is frustratingly difficult. I will not be renewing my subscription. It’s a significant decline in quality.
