If there was a zero, I would be giving it.The only way to cancel subscriptions is via email. Which I did on the day of the renewal but wasn't replied to in about 3 months! When they did get back to me, they tell me I've not given sufficient notice and bill us another annual subscription for several users.Utter scam.
