Pluralsight's courses are good and their platform is good, but their business practices are less than honourable.I was regularly called by an account rep, and before our account expired I informed the rep that we would not be renewing our subscription. I wrote to the account manager on at least one occasion saying the same, with no reply.A month later, and after many more past due-invoices, I was contacted by their billing department, threatening to report us to a credit agency. I explained the situation and was told that we had to opt-out in writing 60 days before our one-year subscription ended. Why didn't the rep tell me this or return my email? Be very wary when entering into a contract with Pluralsight.
