Their customer service is the worse

Their customer service is the worse. My credit card was expiring end of September. I wanted to change the card to a different card. BUT! Pluralsight decided to change my profile with an updated expiration date of the old card. Now, I asked where in TOS they had to right to change my profile - they blamed my bank. I asked a second time - they said they had a right to collect fees... even if the card was still valid for the current billing cycle WHICH HADN'T HAPPENED YET. I pointed this out and asked a third time and was told "because they can do anything they want". Really? Seriously?So I canceled the account and subscription which meant they never got a chance to bill me for a cycle on which the original card was still valid.Bottom line - NO ONE has the right, unless spelled out in TOS, to change my profile or billing profile WITHOUT my permission. And NO ONE has the arrogant right to tell me "because they can" - they can take their website and shove it.
