I feel the need to open this by saying - I LOVE Lewis, but shopping with this brand is a horrific experience. I’ve placed three orders over the past few years. Every time there has been an issue, from receiving the wrong size to the wrong colour to something just not arriving at all. Getting your money back is impossible. A replacement also isn’t on the cards. Customer service don’t reply and the times they have you’ll get an incredibly generic boilerplate message. I’ve had to raise a dispute via PayPal for an item I ordered in March but never received. I would say avoid at all costs.
