A friend of mine ordered a Silverstone varsity water bottle for me, as a gift. Since I'm living outside of the UK/US, the delivery needed to go through a customs clearance process. Plus44 never sent me, nor my friend who paid, an invoice for the product, which was essential for the customs clearance, resulting in a negative experience, long delays and many emails with the delivery company. In the end, I didn't even get my gift. I'm furious with the customer support (it's basically nonexistent) and the lack of necessary documents.
