There is one reason alone that I am giving a 5 star review to Plushbeds and it is because of incredible customer service given to me by Jolene S.. If you have the pleasure of working with her, you can trust that all of your customer service needs will be met - and more. There was a problem with my order that would have warranted a return as well as going elsewhere to purchase - but because of the care I have received with Jolene, I have purchased a new mattress to replace the other and intend to purchase another still. She single-handedly saved this transaction and then won more out of me. :) In a country where customer service has been on the steady decline, Plushbeds is really lucky to have someone like Jolene. She is a true model for depicting how customers ought to be treated. I am grateful to her because, as a result, my family and I will get to sleep in complete comfort, on nontoxic mattresses. (And these are *really* comfy mattresses, I can assure you.) That is no small thing. Thank you, Jolene.
