After some initial skepticism with the communication I received from the company, I got a call from their customer service manager (Judy) who could not have been more helpful. She addressed all of my concerns and assured me she would follow up to see that I was 100% satisfied with the service, support and product. I am now confident that Plushbeds will do whatever it takes to make sure I'm completely happy with the mattress.
