I read all of the reviews as normal before taking the service and my heart sank because I was prepared to be scammed and disappointed. I did the video call and the doctor came on 2 minutes after the initial time and I was still nervous it was going to go wrong. She addressed my concerns directly and sent the prescription to the local pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy the next day and it said I only had 1 prescription. DING!! DING!! DING! My scam alarm went off like I am going to call and give me the run around. I called the customer service line for prescriptions and I DID have to hold for 35 minutes, but someone did come on the line eventually and I let them know what was going on and they Immediately shot it to the supervisor for escalation. They followed up with a message directly to the pharmacist and called several times to resolve it. I was able to successfully get what I needed. When things go wrong it’s easy to jump on and give a 1 star review. Equally when things go right, you just move on like nothing happened, because your world was not disrupted. I appreciate all of their help and responsiveness. My experience was good.
