Absolute horrific scam of a billing model. Apparently when I signed up, I also agreed to be billed monthly... indefinitely. So they've been billing me 16.99 a month, since 2021. It's 2024. Of course, there's an element of that that's on me. I should've noticed on my account. But they sent NO information, NO confirmation of payment, and no notification of billing. They also were named, and lost, a class action lawsuit for just this practice. Absolutely disgraceful all around.
