I have checked my bank account and for over 3 years I’ve been charged $30+ (Aus) for something I did not authorise. When I had reached out to them via email they said they do not have my information on file. Why are you charging me on a monthly basis when I have never used your service. I am also unable to get through to the phone number provided. It seems as though it is an AI or automatic email response. I can’t get through to anyone and I keep sending them screenshots of my transactions taken out. This is a scam and needs to be stopped immediately!! I will be contacting my my bank and authorities.
