Once great, now terrible

We've been customers for about 6 years. Initially, the service was excellent, but it has now become the worst. For some inexplicable reason, it has deteriorated into a frustrating experience. Every time we try to pay the bill, we encounter major issues. Recently, while watching TV, it constantly buffers. If multiple devices are used at the same time, the service slows down significantly. I can assure you of two things: 1) this service is subpar, and 2) there are better and cheaper options available. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! You will regret it!
