They sent me the wrong product: I ordered the day serum with sunscreen and received the night time serum. When I phoned company regarding the issue, the person who answered the phone "hello" refused to confirm that I had reached the company. I disputed the charge with Amex. Amex declined the dispute because they told Amex that they were shipping the correct product to me -- they never did. I'm afraid that a business that answer the phone with a "hello" and refuses to tell me their name has something fishy going on. I threw away the product that they sent me because I do not trust it or them.
