I rarely leave reviews but Pluxos honestly deserves it. The product is incredible. It is lightweight, non greasy, and actually feels like real skincare instead of just sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, does not clog my pores, and leaves my skin looking smooth and healthy instead of shiny or heavy.
What impressed me just as much is the customer service. They are responsive, thoughtful, and clearly stand behind what they create. You can tell this is not a generic formula. There is real intention behind the brand and the product.
I have tried so many SPF products and nothing else does what this does. Most sunscreens either break me out, feel thick, or dry my skin out. Pluxos is the only one I have found that protects my skin while actually improving the way it looks and feels.
It is officially a permanent part of my routine.
Pluxos is the first sunscreen I have actually stuck with. It is not oily at all, you just have to use it correctly and mist it evenly instead of over applying. Once I figured that out it felt light and clean on my skin.After a couple of months of consistent use I genuinely noticed my fine lines looking softer and smoother. No other SPF has ever done that for me.It is also the only sunscreen I willingly reapply throughout the day because it does not feel heavy and there is zero chemical smell. It just feels like skincare! :)

Do not purchase from them! Tried to return product because it has toxic ingredients. Customer service was extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. They called me “girl” and said that they were just matching my energy. I was never rude to them. I am work in patient care/customer service and I was appalled by how they treated me. They finally sent me a return label and the package was returned to me as undelivered/attempted delivery. Horrible experience and customer service.
They're selling an oily spray that has to be shaken for every use and they put it into a delicate glass bottle. I reached out on socials and they laughed at me for breaking a $50 product in their crappy packaging. Product: 4 starsPackaging: 0 starsCustomer service: 0 stars
Rather than answer people’s genuine inquiries regarding some of their ingredients, they completely dismiss science and people’s legitimate concerns. Rather than take customer and potential customer feedback in order to develop a stronger product, they don’t seem committed to evolving their product line.
They sent me the wrong product: I ordered the day serum with sunscreen and received the night time serum. When I phoned company regarding the issue, the person who answered the phone "hello" refused to confirm that I had reached the company. I disputed the charge with Amex. Amex declined the dispute because they told Amex that they were shipping the correct product to me -- they never did. I'm afraid that a business that answer the phone with a "hello" and refuses to tell me their name has something fishy going on. I threw away the product that they sent me because I do not trust it or them.
I love this product and I love the way they stand up against internet bullies. I've been following their IG from the beginning. And they are extremely nice and answer all questions. They are also very educated as they have their chemist and dermatologist chime in all the time. I love that they give the same energy to people who give them negative energy. All the times they stand their ground it's usually to some internet trolls who just have nothing but hate or misinformation to spew. This brand is women-owned and I happy to see them not getting bullied by internet trolls. Just because they are a brand doesn't mean they have to back down to random internet haters. I've never seen them be mean or rude to anyone, they only give that energy to those are are mean or rude to them first! Also the product is great, it's the only skincare sunscreen that is a spray and goes over makeup!
I saw their ad on IG but i always read comments and look at independent reviews before purchasing a new product. I was shocked and horrified at their company’s responses to legitimate questions. They were extremely rude and dismissive! It made me very uncomfortable with their company’s morals and ethics that they would treat prospective customers so disrespectfully. It is a direct reflection of their integrity and it made me question everything about them, including their products and the reviews on their website. They have since removed the post on IG (so many people were appalled by and questioned their comments). No apologies for their arrogance and rudeness. Don’t trust this company.
Love the product and the customer service!I ordered their spray sunscreen and some product leaked during shipment. I reached out to them and got a response right away. They sent me a replacement bottle the same day. The product is amazing!
