They arranged the correct replacement straight away and made sure everything was spot on .It was all dealt with quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated.

Nice business to deal with – the type where the guy that answers the phone actually does the work and knows his products. Not many of these owner managed firms left now, we ordered the wrong product so I called them and they could not have been more helpful, making me the one I needed in an hour and taking back the wrong one. 5 Stars.
I purchased a ply floor for my Ford Transit but unfortunately I had selected the wrong size.Plycraft were very helpful in arranging prompt collection and sending a replacement kit in the correct size.The flooring was excellent quality and fitted well - I would definitely recommend buying from this company - A++
