Contacted plycraft.uk to discuss what kit I would need to order for my van, which I then ordered. When my order arrived it was not the correct kit for my van. Upon speaking to them I was initially told they were sorry for mistake and would send correct one. This did not happen so I contacted them again and was basically shouted at and told it was my fault. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. In the end I had to go through my credit card to get a refund. I can not recommend this company.
