I attempted to cancel my policy on 11/28/2025, but the office was closed. I received an email confirming the closure and a response from an employee the following day. I ultimately canceled on 11/29/2025, but was never informed that my payment would still be processed. On 12/3, $197.58 was withdrawn from my account, leading to an overdraft. The service representatives provided conflicting information, referenced an outdated ACH agreement I was unaware of, and stated that refunds could take 30–60 days. This reflects negligence, poor communication, and unethical behavior. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.
