I managed to cancel on 11/29/2025, but I was never informed that my payment would still be processed. On 12/3, they withdrew $197.58 from my account, leading to an overdraft. The representatives provided inconsistent information, referenced an outdated agreement I was not reminded of, and mentioned that refunds could take 30–60 days. This situation highlights negligence, poor communication, and questionable practices. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this company.

These reviews are spot on! I just spoke with an agent who still hasn’t reviewed the dash cam footage that the officer mentioned was present, indicating we were both merging. There is no merging on the turnpike when you're in the far left lane! We had to move to the right side of the highway to pull over! I told her that until the dash cam footage from the other driver is reviewed, there’s nothing more to discuss! They also will not be renewing my policy!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I switched to another provider and saved over $400 a month. For the brief period I was insured, I only received an $86 refund from the $559 charged. They seem to have cancellation fees. Additionally, the request for a form from my new provider took several days to process through their agents. I would not recommend this company.
I would give zero stars if I could. I started my policy at $400 a month, but after renewal, it jumped to $607 without any notice (I’ve never had an accident or even been pulled over). I noticed inconsistencies in my billing, with amounts changing frequently. Every time I reached out, they claimed it was an error, yet nothing was resolved. I even saw reversed transactions after making payments, but the amounts were never credited back to my account. Frustrated, I requested immediate cancellation and mentioned contacting a lawyer. They continued to charge me, adding over $100 a month for homeowners' insurance that I never requested. They sent me a bill for over $2500 despite me not renting or owning a home. This company will take advantage of you! STAY AWAY! Also, they aren't accredited by the BBB.
To provide some context, I have been insured with this company for the past two years, covering four vehicles. On 12/03/24, my car was severely damaged in an accident. After the vehicle was taken to a tow yard and then a body shop, the shop sent them an appraisal for repairs exceeding $20k. The appraiser and adjuster have done nothing with that information, dragging their feet while I received an email stating I need to return my rental in four days. This experience has been extremely stressful, especially given the high premiums I pay without receiving the service I expected. I cannot recommend this insurance to anyone.

After three adjusters, a forensic team, and two months of investigation—likely costing more than the repairs—they issued a check to the repair shop, only to change their minds and tell them not to cash it. They cited several 'internal mistakes' made by their office. This situation seems very questionable and warrants investigation. I pay my premiums in full for all my vehicles.
