Didn’t answer the phone after Storm Ida.Hours on the phone to be connected with temporary workers who could care less and were of no help.Outright lied about wanting to help us with our loss. Ignored emails, text messages and important information from our town condemning our garage. After 3 months they refused to pay ANYTHING! Screwed us over and referred to the fine lawyer print that they are not responsible for Storm water damage!Not even for the tools, equipment, personal items and vehicles that were also damaged.Do your self a favor and avoid this company at all cost!
