I was assured by the sales team that the finance for my part-exchanged vehicle would be settled. However, over two weeks later, the finance company debited my account for the previous car, which is still under the responsibility of the company. It appears they have yet to settle the finance, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. I regret posting a positive review earlier, as my experience has since taken a turn for the worse.
