I bought a vehicle from this dealer on 3/12/25. Within just a week, the car experienced three separate issues, including the exhaust detaching. The dealer had recently passed the MOT in mid-November without any advisories and had serviced the vehicle before I took it home. After the third issue arose, I requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The dealer took the car back and put it up for sale, but my personal items were still inside, and I hadn't signed over ownership yet. I was told that the refund for the car and the oil I purchased wouldn't be processed until the following Monday. I did receive the refund for the car, but I'm still waiting on the oil refund, even though I have written confirmation that it would be refunded too. This review represents my personal experience.
I bought a vehicle and have faced continuous problems since then. The manager has been rude and unhelpful regarding these issues. Not all problems were resolved, and I had to return the vehicle multiple times. I was even charged for air conditioning repairs that should have been addressed prior to sale. I strongly advise avoiding this place!
AVOID THE CAR SALES AND GARAGE. Despite their positive online reviews, my investigation revealed concerning feedback elsewhere, which is quite misleading. The customer service was appalling, and I've yet to hear a single positive remark about their garage or sales team. I purchased a car earlier this year, and while my initial experience with the sales team was fine, I soon faced significant issues. After a couple of months, the car started misfiring, which was covered under warranty. However, following another misfire, I was informed it was the catalytic converter, a part not covered. After taking the car back and discovering a different issue, I ended up paying nearly £1200. Additionally, the courtesy car provided had no tax or MOT, making it illegal to drive. When I returned to exchange it, the second vehicle had the same problem. I expressed my concerns about the poor service and was told they would no longer assist with my car, leaving me with no choice but to pick it up despite ongoing issues. Ultimately, I had to arrange for it to be towed back due to the misfiring, which was incredibly frustrating.
I wholeheartedly recommend this service. My recent car purchase experience was outstanding, thanks to the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. I was assured by the sales team that the finance for my part-exchanged vehicle would be settled. However, over two weeks later, the finance company debited my account for the previous car, which is still under the responsibility of the company. It appears they have yet to settle the finance, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. I regret posting a positive review earlier, as my experience has since taken a turn for the worse.
I bought a vehicle three years ago and reported a hole in the passenger seat belt during the test drive. I believed it was resolved, but the MOT failed, costing £400 to fix.
