AVOID!Sent me on a test drive in a car that - unbeknown to me - did not have a valid MOT so was illegal!I paid a deposit on the car on the basis that they would complete the necessary repair to the brakes and give it a clean 12m MOT. The car then failed its MOT for three "Major" faults (meaning not only did it not have a valid MOT when I test drove it but it wasn't even fit to be on the road) and they lied to me about the reasons for the failure. When it eventually got an MOT, it still had an advisory and they had failed to repair the fault with the brakes.I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and they are now refusing to refund my £250 deposit because they say they have incurred costs doing work to the car - despite it still not being as they had promised it would be and the salesman specifically saying that, in these circumstances, the deposit would be refundable. When I told Tim that I was unhappy with the car and with them as a dealership, his response was "well we weren't happy with you as a customer either" - not exactly a shining example of customer service!
