We are writing to formally request clear and definitive answers regarding the closure of our account with PNC Bank and to ensure that this transition is handled smoothly and without further delay.

For several months, we have been attempting to obtain straightforward information, yet we have received inconsistent responses and no conclusive guidance. We respectfully request written clarification on the following matters:

Cash Withdrawal Limits
What is the maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn from our account in a single day?
Please note that we are not requesting a cashier’s check, as Mexican banks do not accept U.S. checks for deposit. We require clarification regarding physical cash withdrawal limits.

Online Transaction Restrictions
We have been unable to execute domestic or international transfers through your website. I attempted to send video documentation this morning demonstrating these technical limitations, but the files were too large to transmit electronically. I will bring these videos to the branch for review.

Additionally, we were not properly advised that a debit card was required to initiate certain domestic and international wire transfers. We have been waiting for this card to arrive since November.

Clarification of Personnel
Who is Julian Magaña, and what is his official role in relation to our account? to date we have been ghosted by the Branch manager whose name i won't mention in Laredo.

Transfer Limits and Lost Wire
We have received conflicting information regarding transfer limits. Some representatives have stated that the maximum international transfer is $25,000 USD, while Dustin advised that only $1,455 USD could be sent internationally.
When we attempted to send $1,455 USD, the funds were reportedly lost and have not been recovered. We require written confirmation regarding:

The maximum domestic transfer amount

The maximum international transfer amount

The status and trace documentation of the previously sent $1,455 USD

We have been patient throughout this process, particularly following my father’s passing one year ago. While Dustin was initially helpful in correcting my mother’s legal name on the account, we have since been unable to reach him despite multiple emails and text messages. We were also advised to keep communications limited, which has only slowed resolution.

Time is of the essence. We require coordinated communication between all relevant representatives to finalize this transition.
