I gave this bank chance after chance, especially because there are very little customers when I go in most of the time. So you'd think it would be quick service. However, it ALWAYS happens to me that there are older customers who like to talk a lot. I get that, and I also get that customers need to be treated well. But they neglect other customers when the tellers not considerate of the them waiting. Not all of us are old-we have jobs and things do. It's not okay to just say, "Sorry about the wait," and do nothing about it. There are only two tellers (older one with glasses is slowest who does this the most) available most of the time, which would be okay with little clients that come in, but NOT if they spend 15 min per client (which actually happened this time thus this review). I got tired of it. I will be closing our account and moving on.
