I bought a lifetime individual license and was initially happy with the service. However, a year later, they accused me of copyright infringement regarding the images, which is not allowed under the individual license. They fail to provide any evidence of infringement and simply assert that my downloads do not comply with their terms. In the EU, such requirements must be separately authorized, making their contract invalid for European customers. Despite my prompt response to their email, they claim they never received it and insist on an upgrade to a commercial license, which costs significantly more.
