The parcel was delivered in an insecure location, and I suspect it was stolen as it was not where it was claimed to be left. I paid for shipping insurance and through a payment service, but it didn't help since the seller claimed they had fulfilled their obligation, which is nonsense. Their obligation is only fulfilled when I actually receive my parcel, which they failed to do. I found their representatives rude and unhelpful. I will not trust this seller with my money again.
