I ordered a gaming console for my son's birthday, which arrived late, but I overlooked that due to the holiday rush. Unfortunately, the console only functioned for a day after the first charge. I've reached out multiple times over the past 10 days, but received no response at all, which has left my son very upset. I'm considering stopping the credit card payment and think others facing similar issues should report to the relevant authorities. UPDATE: After posting this, I was contacted by the support team, and we are currently arranging for a repair or replacement. I will provide an update once I have a resolution.

I recommend copying all necessary files, purchasing a quality SD card, and installing a proper system—you won’t regret it. UPDATE: They responded an hour after I submitted my review, but honestly, it might have been better for them to remain silent and improve their service next time.
