Would give 0 stars if an option.Booked appointment online for a broken phone screen. When I arrived in an otherwise empty shop guy on the desk wanted proof I had called and who I had spoken to - showed him the email confirmation. Said they had no record of it.A few minutes later he returned to say screen I needed wasn't in stock and they wanted £60 to order one. I said it was £25 Inc P&P for me to do so and I would get some one else to fit it as they couldn't be trusted.No idea if the online booking system is useless or they are just rip off merchants but I will never attempt to use them again, in Dundee or elsewhere.
