I recently bought my first hearing aids from Pocket Hearing and I'm glad I did as I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. It was straight forward, informative and extremely friendly and helpful from the offset. I wish I did it ages ago as it has made a significant difference to wellbeing. Another shout out for Zoe who dealt with everything. Top quality product that meets my needs and a pleasant change to be sold an expensive alternative with features I wouldn't use. I was a bit hesitant to use an online service but I'm more than happy to say me experience was worth it.
