I've now had the Signia hearing aids that I purchased from Pocket Hearing for almost two years. During that time they have performed perfectly. What a difference they have made to my life, not being cut off from everyone. I've had to make contact with Pocket Hearing a couple of times, when I've needed to re-install the app that controls the aids on my phone. On both occasions, they got back to me on the same day and then helped me through the installation procedure, so I soon had my aids back under the control of my phone. Pocket Hearing are a great company and they certainly live up to the claims made on their web site, I would recommend them to anyone.
