Dealing with this service has been a total nightmare. They sent me two defective products and then spent more time avoiding responsibility than actually assisting. Instead of admitting their mistake, they overwhelmed me with pointless procedures and refused to make even the smallest exception. Suggesting that a customer contact the vendor directly is absurd and completely unprofessional. Their actions clearly show they do not care about your health or well-being — only about your money. A company that fights so hard to avoid refunding their own defective items is not one to trust. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this service entirely. I would never recommend them to anyone.
