Working with this service has been a total disaster. They sent me two faulty products and then spent more time evading responsibility than actually providing assistance. Rather than acknowledging their error, they overwhelmed me with unnecessary processes and refused to make even the slightest concession. Suggesting that a customer reach out to the vendor directly is unbelievable and entirely unprofessional. Their behavior clearly indicates that they have no regard for your health or well-being — their only concern is your money. A service that goes to such lengths to avoid refunding their own defective items is not one you can trust. Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear of this service altogether. I would never recommend them to anyone.
