I paid for the online doctor's appointment to receive a prescription. The doctor prescribed X via email & I wanted to know why she didn't prescribe Y. There is literally no "Help" or "Contact Us" or "Chat" option on the website nor on the app. Zero convenient way to ask a question about the prescription. I finally found an email address. The problem is that Pocketpills is preparing my meds for shipment in the meantime. I am concerned about option X & not sure I even want it. But zero way to stop the shipment. I am frustrated. The other issue is when the doctor makes your prescription, the doctor's comments / opinion is emailed to you. But if you go to the PP website or app, that correspondence isn't saved to your account. Lastly, there is no option to reply to the doctor's email should you have a follow up question or concern. There are many online pharmacies so I am going to shop around and find one that offers more accessible customer service, even if that costs more.
