STILL waiting for my account review to complete. Uploaded documents, some weren't accepted so I immediately sent more. It's been 48 hours since and still nothing. Ive had no access to my money for 5 days!! No money for my children, to get to work. This is completely unacceptable. Watch dog and the police will be contacted today as surely it's not right keeping MY OWN money from me. Especially when I have sent everything ive been asked for. I have already done a review on this company and when they respond they say we have sent you an email to discuss the matter but the email is the same generic one ive been receiving since my account was restricted!!! Ive now contacted the police, a solicitor, watch dog and filed a complaint with Financial Ombudsman Service. Customer number 630899945
