STILL waiting for my account review to complete. Uploaded documents, some weren't accepted so I immediately sent more. It's been 48 hours since and still nothing. Ive had no access to my money for 5 days!! No money for my children, to get to work. This is completely unacceptable. Watch dog and the police will be contacted today as surely it's not right keeping MY OWN money from me. Especially when I have sent everything ive been asked for. I have already done a review on this company and when they respond they say we have sent you an email to discuss the matter but the email is the same generic one ive been receiving since my account was restricted!!! Ive now contacted the police, a solicitor, watch dog and filed a complaint with Financial Ombudsman Service. Customer number 630899945

absolutely awful. I have no access to my funds as my account is under review. Sent all relevant documents and received an email to say my account is restricted for 8 working days but can still use card online and in store. My card has now been suspended leaving me with 4 children and no money what so ever. Ill be taking this higher. Absolutely disgusting. Customer number 630899945

I think need email watchdog and get legal advice to take to court and take my complaint further to ombudsman now

i got my pensionnpaid in and i can only have upto 5000 in at one time so i transferred sone of the money to my son so i can recieve the rest of my lump sum of pension in my account and you have now stopped me sending my son money I have sent In proof and my account is still be reviewed why is this taking so long I should have access to my money and that has all been stopped I am fuming and I will be taking this further if the matter is not resolved pronto

I WOULD LIKE MY COMPLAINT TO BE AKNOWLEDGED OR DO I NEED GO FCA OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINT AND BBC WATCHDOG AND COURT.
PLEASE RESPOND WITH IMMEDIATE AFFECT. MR VIRRAJ PLEASE SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD FORFILL TO WATCHDOG PREVIOUSLY AND HAVE NOT DONE SO. CANT EVEN MAKE COMPLAINT AS NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

Terrible customer service to loyal customers temporary restricted account for no reason send multiple emails Facebook messages to be ignored. No phone number to call. Get no response to point thinking Need go small claims court and watchdog now
I'll be given 1hr to sort issues or will be taking this further as above. All evidence was sent within 5 mins of email and nothing back poor service to loyal customers who has reffered alot people to them. Very disappointed pockit
